Messed up my bacK

I knew if I pushed it today it would give out. I tweaked it last week doing 5 plates and a 25 on the tbar row. I had been locking up on me all week, but stupid me decieded to deadlift today.

Well now I am paying for it, sat in my massage chair for 30 mins. I can barely get out of bed. But I will be in the gym tomm. mark my words. I always fight threw injurys, my shoulder is about ready to fall off.

Two years ago I shattered my hand and took 5 months off from lifting, when I came back my body felt brand new.

I need to stay pumped and strong for work, ill take a week off for thanksgiving.
 
I hear ya bro.

I got me a nasty case of sciatica, due to a herniated disk I acquired while squatting.

Doesn't hurt to stand, or work out, but sitting down hurts like a son of a bitch.
