Despite being extremely sick, I went to the gym today since I didn't want to skip shoulders/back for 2 weeks... anyway, i couldnt think straight and ended up going up 15 lbs on military press rather than 5. I did 5, 5, 5, 5, 4 for the sets. what should I do next week?
In the middle of pulldowns I threw so I just gave up and went home... so I didn't finish my back workout. what should I do next week?
Due to unrelated reasons I won't be able to go to the gym friday either.... what should I do about that?
