Mesotherapy for Gyno?

I know I am a long way off before I go down the surgery route, as I am currently chemically trying to reduce small gyno symptoms behind my nip. When they are unstimulated, they look puffy. I'm currently pct'ing it up big time for the next 3-6 months trying to reduce this. If it fails, I was thinking of mesotherapy on the nip area. Yes it sounds painful, but 125$ for a kit, vs, 6000 sounds like a deal to me. I have had meso done before around the love handles, and it did work for me, but i do recall a doctor on here who performs this mesotherapy that it does work on gyno. My gyno is no way extreme, but it's very small, but noticeable. Any input would be appreciated.

i know a GREAT Dr. in Arizona that does Meso, very knowledgable and works out quite a bit himself.

whats meso? i have slight but noticable gyno also, but it is progesteron related, do i have any chance of meso working for me? im lean
