Aight so I got all my shit today finally...All my gear that I got from my man was 4 bottles of prop, 2 bottles of eq, 1 bottle of ethinate, and I had two carts that i converted for fina...I am looking to lean up a bit and lose some body fat and put on some lean muscle...I plan to start this in three days or Monday. I am curretnly 5'6 wiegh about 176-180 lbs, about 8-10 % body fat.. I was wondering how I should run this cycle or if I should make it into towo different cycles I have never done prop or ethinate before so I need some help..any ideas on mg, and days I should run it..thanks all
