Didn't Rogan get handed the reins of the super-successful "Man Show" and fail while Mencia built a highly successful show from the ground up?

Granted... Mencia is just the Mexican version of "The Chappelle Show", but he still got it off the ground successfully.

Not necessarily. Joe wasn't given control of the man show in that sense. He had horrible writers, and even Joe regrets his stint on the man show. Mencia got tooled.
