a great idea someone said... i will be setting up outfits on rounders... like a shirt with pants so you guys can see it put together right there in front of you

I put the deposit down on the store!!! it is 800sq ft. and i will open the doors for business on Nov 1st!! I have alot of inventory already (alot from the help from you guys) and have more to go..


a few more questions now...

1) type of underwear? boxers, tighties, etc BRANDS??
2) type of pajamas? shirts? bottoms? flannel? etc...
3) slippers?

4) wallet style

5) 2 piece sweatsuit that matches.. like the retro jogging suit??
6) sweatpants and brands?

Good underwear: Boxers: burberry, d&g. They both sell like mad.
Boxer briefs: Zimmerli, again d&g, and lower level stuff like 2xist, ck, polo, nautica.

Sweatsuits/activewear. Stick with all the euro brands. Their stuff is more stylish than many of nike's crap and is just as effective for active applications.

Stick with quality leather companies. Right now, with the craze in womens designer bags, men's designer leather is hugely on the rise. Monogrammed louis wallets are blowin up, and you'll always move anything made by coach, ferragamo, Toku, and all small italian brands.+tumi.

I dislike that too. Wankers. Seriously, they should dress as the clothes would be worn normally, not like they would be on a maniquin or in a fashion parade.

34 inch waist pants, don't know the others off the top of my head.

2) how much do you normally buy in one particular store? item count.
1 at a time usually.

Casual.

Long sleave collared shirts.

Thick, wooly and warm.

Fit and comfort are most important. Not a brand whore.

With my girlfriend.

Either/or.

Not tight, not loose. Just right.

You also want a nice organised and simple store layout to accomodate for "smash and grab" shopping (ie. the need for many guys to be in and out as quickly as possible ).

Some nice comfy seats near the change rooms would be great too.

Can't speak for everyone, but for me...

1) I prefer boxers. Not too long, that they look like shorts. Not too short that they ride you. About 6" above the knee.

2) Pajamas? I wear mesh shorts and the optional shirt.

3) Don't wear slippers. If my feet are cold I wear socks.

4) Prefer the trifold wallet, with a clear plastic piece for driver's license.

5) Only time I'll wear sweat suits is for PT. Lounging around on cold days I'll wear the sweat pants. Rule of thumb for my preference in pants is that they have to give room for my ass and thighs. The military issues out waist size and has a standard for what your measurements should be. I have to wear 36 pants b/c of my ass and thighs, then have it taken in at the waist. Give more room.

6) Any pair of sweat pants I own have USMC on it, or an Eagle Globe and Anchor, so I'm not the person to ask on that.

1) Boxer briefs. I like Hanes and Merona, although the Meronas seem to wear out pretty quickly. Fruit of the Loom fit weird, IMO.

2) Haven't owned anything resembling pajamas since I was a kid...I just wear shorts and a t-shirt around the house.

3) Nope, no slippers.

4) Leather trifold with the plastic thing in the middle to hold cards.

5 & 6) No sweats for me.

MATCHING JOGGING SUIT IS SO 70'S... JUST A SWEAT SHIRT AND SWEAT PANTS AND THEY DON'T NEED TO MATCH IMO.
