If I just bought a 6 month plat renewal...and I cancel it now, will I get a 5 month prorated refund?

I'm pretty sure your only option is to cancel the subscription which just turns off the auto renewal. It doesn't cancel your current Plat. A refund is not going to happen unless you can negotiate it with GS.

I think a prorated refund is only fair. I would have never re-up's two weeks ago knowing the changes were going to be made.

I only stay here to talk with friends I've made over the last 6 years, I play karma bookie, and pretty much that's it now.

I agree with you. Good luck. After just two weeks, you have a good and reasonable complaint.
