Spybot - Search and Destroy is probably the best free key logger remover.
Ad-Aware 6 also does a pretty good job.

Keyloggers are frequently in the top 10 at many download sites, any of u sharing a pc should scan your computer for them.

Very good point as encrypted mail is only secure if only YOU know the passphrase.
