**melted Dnp Caps?**

TO ALL,


I just received my order of DNP from a domestic and was wondering if they are supposed to come flat and sticky? with powder all over? Methinks the caps started to melt due to heat but again this is my first time ordering DNP. What should I do? I contacted my source for help and I'll see what he says, but I would also like some input from the vets/mods of this board. Thanks all,

PS: Can I still use some of them? other than the ones that ripped and have holes and are leaking out powder? thanks...
