I have a vial of MTII with 10mg in it, I put 4cc of sterile water with it, how many units/iu's equate to .25 mg?

you should also determine what you diluted to versus what it was recommended you dilute it to before determining dosage to take.

feeling sick is a side of M2. If you lower the dosage you will find that will go away.

4cc=5000iu's and every 10 mark on a slin pin is 125 iu's. Thats from my sources on using HCG.

you shouldn't be feeling any sides at that dose, you should be doing the injects at night and if the symptoms perisist, some people take Benadryl for stuffy nose, etc. A little "fluey" feeling and minor stomach queezyness is normal... not to mention the other side.
