Melanotan II - anyone used it?

A thread asking about a hormone to darken the skin made me think of this.

Melanotan II is a drug that is supposed to help people tan easier. It also may have some effect as an ED pill and may contribute to increased fat loss.

So far this is what I've come across:
-Used via SubQ injection.
-Average dose is 2 mg per day split one in the AM and one in the PM.
-Cycles are 30mg long.
-Has to be stored in a refrigerated environment and then frozen after it is reconstituted.

Anyone have more info or know where to find some? I was looking here on the discussion board but didn't find a whole lot.

I don't know if this info is good or not......if its wrong please correct.

IMO, I don't see why you would want to inject something to tan easier. Why not just go to the tanning bed or the beach?

If it allowed me to get a natural looking tan without the added risk of skin cancer I would be all over it.

Ya, I'd like to see some med studies on it, but until then you never know what the LT effects are, could be worse than tanning by sun.

Melanotan II has many several positive effects apart from its ability to darken skin pigment. It enhances libido, causes spontaneous erections, suppresses the appetite and acts as an anti-inflammatory. I'd imagine it would be great to use post cycle to combat the sexual sides.

When I go to the beach one of two things happen.

1. I get burned.

2. I get REALLY burned.

It makes it really hard to enjoy water sports. Surfing or diving I have to constantly reapply sunscreen every 45 minutes or upon resurfacing. Even with that I can still get burned.

Getting burned everytime out is really a quality of life issue. Any of you with this problem know what I'm talking about.

It sounds promising and i am goona try it sometime;
its healthier,so less risk for skincancer and premature aging.

Isn't this the thing they were calling the "babie drug" a few years ago and didn't catch on. From what i remember it was supposed to be like a full body make-over in injectable form but was ridiculously expensive.

Melanotan 2 promotes melanin production, and allows fair skinned people to tan. Better results are achieved when tanning is done in conjunction with the drug.

I have some in the freezer at the moment, will be trying it soon.

It is not an approved drug at the moment, and can only be bought for 'research'.

Who has this research grade product? I've never seen it listed as a product on the sites that sell research compounds.

LIFE research have it, but its expensive, I dot know if the rules will allow posting of sites?

Let me know and I'll post them, if not a guy on Outlaw has it sometimes, at good $.
