So the family wants pizza tonight. It's friday, it's cheat night.
This new place opened up. They have the most amazing chicken finger pizza with fresh mozzarella, fresh herbs and fresh dough... that isn't fully cooked and has the consistency of fried dough from the fair... and their wings.... thick spciy wings, crunchy... good blue cheese. Yum.
So hubby calls "Dino's" and orders.
8 minutes later he calls me "I screwed up" "I googled Dino's and ordered... but it was the wrong Dinos" (In GOOGLE it's Dino's.... but really as of Labor Day it's Salina's...)
He drove to Dino's and the order wasn't there.
So 10 min in (into the 40 minute pick-up order) he calls and they refuse to cancel.
So... who has to call?
Me.
Long story short I asked the manager... so what is going to happen when he doesn't come to pick up this food, because he is not going to... why would we order your crap food when we want the GOOD pizza from the other restaurant across town. Clearly if my husband KNEW this wasn't Dino's he would not have ordered your food."

After a few additional choice words she ended the conversation "I don't like you and I never want you to call here again!!" (specifically she said she didn't like me twice, hated me once... and a few I don't cares)
I did thank her as she hung up on me, LOL.
Diezel owes me.... she was very angry, I have a feeling this has happened before. Stinks to be a sub par pizza place in a cut throat industry, heh.
