Mega computer store and their service ....

I took my month old large format HP printer into one of their service centers twelve days ago.

After twelve days they inform me that I have to pick it up and send it to HP myself.


I am not impressed at all with this service by either HP or C*** USA.


I would have thought that perhaps HP and Comp U** would recognize that acts like this destroy customer goodwill and repeat business.



I wonder about the economics of providing reasonable customer service. Forcing me to send it in may be acceptable but waiting almost two weeks really ticked me off.
