Update to Environments – Wtg ITSD to load sp’s into environment and give access to eligibility/claims functionality to complete that integration.

Some IT Dickheads are going to load Service packs on the shit software that they built and likely fuck it all up worse than it was, in an attempt to fix their shit that wasn't working correctly..
