Meditation...who does it....

So how does it actually work. I need to clear my mind and i need some good steps to doing so. Too much stress, need to get on a higher plane.
 
You have to be organized and set aside at least 20 min , twice a day, to do the actual meditation.
Maybe more time for before and after.

At first it seems stupid, like nothing is happening.
You need lots of patience, to see results.:verygood: :supercool
 
After 4 minutes and 32 seconds into my meditation I tend to feel like a hovercraft in the Aegean Sea on a mission to steal the gold plated eye patch of the Dread Pirate Roberts. Everytime I have the pirate in my sights my meditation immediately switches to seeing myself scuba diving in Willie Wonkas chocolate river in hopes of seeing a Great White Chocolate Shark but I never find the creature which then leads me into a room full of mirrors where I perform magic tricks for an audience of myself. Pretty normal stuff though.
 
I meditate alot.

I'm still trying to catch that white chocalate shark....
 
I just started meditation to channel my negative energy and control my temper. I am major type A, and it helps a lot. However, it is not easy, and if you add in self-reflection it can be damn hard.
 
i used to meditate twice a day. it was awesome. it kept me more relaxed throughout the day. i haven't done it in a long time, though, i am SO fucking busy i can barely get any sleep.
