Medical question concerning Clen

Fellas,
A buddy of mine won't do AS because he had a heart murmur and ended up having to have open heart surgery when he was 2 years old. He is considering trying Clen, but I told him that it may not be a great idea. He has checked out OK at the Doctor for the last several, but I wasn't certain of the consequences that Clen might have. Please advise on this.

I'm a medical professional (not a physician) and know quite a bit about heart murmurs, etc.....BUT I wouldn't take advice from anyone but a medical doc on something like this.....
