Measuring Liquidex

Bros,
Can you help me out. I have a 30ml vial of liquidex at 1mg/ml. How do i measure it out useing a 3CC 25g needle. I want to take .25mgED or .50mgEOD. Then when I take it, I just drop it on my tounge and down it, correct?
