Anyone got any tips on getting accurate results using body fat calipers ?
I found this site http://www.sport-fitness-advisor.com/bodyfatcalipers.html
And it seems very detailed and informative. Suggesting things like don't rely on your bod fat % to compare results over time, instead you should rely more on the measurements in millimeters to get more accurate results.
I have these http://www.supplementexpress.com/accumeasure/fat-track-gold.htm
And am still trying to get accurate results with them, 1 reading i got 24% and another i got 13 % So i'm still trying to get to grips with them, any tips would be great.

Don't worry about the variations; it just takes a bit of practice to get consistent with your sites. Like I've said on previous caliper threads, they're good for tracking relative changes but not necessarily for getting a truly accurate BF reading.
