Measuring Body Fat

Ok, this is a very stupid question, but how do I measure body fat? I dont have a caliper, and from what i have seen it looks like its about $50 for a cheap one, so i there any other way?

Get an accumeasure.....they are cheap, i paid $13.......and them seem to be accurate!

You can do it yourself with the accumeasure, otherwise I think at any doctors office.....probably expensive though!

Calipers are easy to find. Try ebay for less than 10 bucks. Practice practice practice or make sure whoever checks your body comp has done it before.
