ok .. cold means cold not warm.. not pumped.. before a workout..
you can be flexed cold or unflexed.. relaxed..
pumped is after a workout when it is full of blood.. this is not cold it is warm
you arm has more blood .. and is warm.. this is pumped..
the difference say when measureing your arms can go from cold flexed to 1/2 or even 1inch bitter when pumped and flexed.. hope this helps..
