Ok, I usually just measure myself in the morning and thats it. But yesterday I decided to do it at night and I noticed that I gained 1/2 inch on my waist and lost 1/2 in my biceps and chest. I measured myself again this morning and it was normal, then again later on in the day I gained/lost inchs. What causes this? Is it like your height, all day you are walking around and your spine crunchs down making you shorter by the end of the day?
