Meals on the road...I'M SCREWED

Bros, I'm fucked...

I just got a job where I'll be traveling on business M-F for 2 or 3 weeks every month. I can already feel myself shrinking!! I hate protein bars, and will have to track down gyms wherever I go.

I will be home for the weekends when I travel, so I can always hit the gym HARD at that time, and I have at least 1 week at home each month (hopefully usually more like 2), and I'll in the gym then.

$$ for food won't be a problem since my company pays for all the food while I'm traveling, and not per diem, I just keep the receipts and they hit me back, and they don't give a fuck if I spend $65 for a steak at Ruth's Chris, either...

Any suggestions on how to maintain the diet, supps, and workout regimen? I swear I'll go crazy if I can't maintain myself and become another fat ass business traveler...

Are there any workout programs designed for 1-2 weeks on, 1 week off, etc?

Most hotels have pools and workout rooms, take advantage of it if they do. If they don't just ask the front desk for directions to the nearest gym. One time use fees are usually around $5-10. Also if you're really cheap you can throw in on your credit card and claim it as food since your company pays for your meals.

What kinda diet are you currently on?

If youre on a low carb diet then breakfast is an easy one, just order some bacon, sausage and eggs from room service. For lunch go to a fast food joint and order a few burgers and throw out the bun. Dinner go to a steak house or something.

If youre on a low fat diet, just be like Jerid and go on the Subway diet :)

Learn to incorporate pushups and other bodyweight exercises into your regimen. This way you can maintain something if you miss a few weeks at the gym. Otherwise, plan well and find a gym wherever you go. It might not be as hard as you think.

If I were you, I would prepare all of my own food by going to the grocery store and making it in the hotel room.

traking down a gym or other suitable place to work out shouldnt be that hard the internet is a wonderfull thing, in your weekend at home plan out the coming weeks gyms, the standard gold's (im a euro so guessing about franchises) should be fine i think?

Plus if your company is paying for all your food it should be that hard, when u eat out just dont be afraid to make special requests, just ask them to make an omelette with 5 eggwhites an 2 whole egss. Just make sure that u tell the waitress that you dont mind paying double for special treatment, and hint at a big tip off course.
