Meals a Day?

Does eating 5-6 meals a day really make that much of a difference in say, an 8 week cycle,over 3 solid meals a day?I know all the professionals eat like that but it seems kinda impractical for your average biodybuilder.Thanks.
 
Getting 6+ meals a day helps get a constant flow of nutrients to the muscles, maximizing growth and potential for growth :)

How much protein do you think your body can absorb at a time?If it was that easy.Everyone would be huge.Your body can really
only consume about 50 grams for every 2-3 hours.The rest will be
carried on as fat.That is why you need atleast 5 meals a day Bro.
Take it from some of us who have been in the game a while.

I actually take in protein 6x per day. I just wonder if the body compensates and absorbs the amount it actually needs. Have you actually tried it or are you simply regurgitating what everyone else says?

I & I'm sure most everyone else will vouch for "scott825" Once you get the sysytem down, it works. You've got to spread it out through the day, otherwise it is useless. Your body will only absorb so much at one time (more if AS is involved). You will know if you're doing it right, simply, You will grow! If you're not growing, you're either not eating right or overtraining.
