I'm gonna cut down to just one mrp a day. I work out at night , i usually get home about an hour before i go to bed. When is the best time to take my mrp, right after my workout , in the morning or at lunch. Thanx
 
If you are only gonna have one a day, I would recommend that it comes after your workout, but try to use one where the carbs are in the form of maltodextrin.

Yep, me too----definitely post w/o to restore what has been torn down and stressed.
