I'm gonna cut down to just one mrp a day. I work out at night , i usually get home about an hour before i go to bed. When is the best time to take my mrp, right after my workout , in the morning or at lunch. Thanx

your gonna get about 100 different replys on when its best to have the mrp. i think its all preference. i personally take mine as soon as i put down the last set of weights. but you will have others who eat after lifting. so basically its all your own preference. i usually have a mrp as my last meal because its helped me lose fat. but all our bodies are different. you should take it according to what your goal is.

I'll second congo and say that I have one post workout with glutamine and creatine. I keep an emergency stash of mrp's at work though in case I'm in a rush and don't bring enough food to the office. Can't skip meals.

I take mine post workout because it's fast, I'm usually worn out at that point, and I can throw other stuff into it. I guess it's your call.

most meal replacements have slow absorbing carbs dont they?, i wouldnt take it post workout, a weight gainer on the other hand has fast absorbing carbs good postworkout. am i wrong on the kind of carbs in mrp?

is that ok if im a fat man and trying to cut also??? the fact about taking in all that dextrose???

Yes, because after a workout, you're using the dextrose to refill the muscle glycogen.

I ussually down half of a Carbo Force, and then take two scoops of protien. Then by the time I get home, I eat either chicken or tuna, which is the last meal of my day. It works fine for me!:D
