I was told if a meal replacement shake has more sugars than protein then its bad. I was taking a meal replacement shake that had 41g protein and 68g carbs (66g sugars). Is this a poor meal replacement shake? BTW I gained 8 lbs. in a month while using it. I just picked up a protein shake called Methox-A-Gen, I'll see how that works out.
