hmm, this actually may be the wrong place, ie site, to be posting this, but if any of you could help me, I'd greatly appreciate it!

i've been searching for meal plans, but i find most of them cater to those trying to lose weight. I'm currently underweight (5'5 110lbs), and am actually trying to put of weight.

could any of you suggest some things i should/shouldn;'t eat in order to get toned, but not lose anymore weight?

read Mr. X bulking up forums. They are stickys at the Top of page. "Bulking up part 1" and 2. check them out. Also do a search for BFold the Truth, he eats enough to feed a country. Check his threads on eating too. The answers you seek and need are here to read.
