been working out for 3 years, been on 3 previous cycles deca, var, etc....
anyways i'm pretty lean and cut but have been lucky enough to just eat whatever the hell i want, before i hit my next cycle i want to get completely shredded. what foods do you suggest i get, i know plenty of eggs, oatmeal, what else i'm about to hit the store. i don't seem to have a problem gaining weight so any suggestions would be awesome, you guys are great. later bros
 
No breads or or anything like milk. Plenty of water, chicken, tuna, Turkey breast, greens.
 
dont eat processed food and very little sugar. oatmeal is my favorite for good carbs. keep your healthy fats up too.
 
Healthy fats are defenitely a plus.... ground turkey is what I've been eating while cutting, I like it very much... Good sources of healthy fats are flax seed oils, fish oils, and fish - to name a few...
