Overhead Press
132 x 3
154 x 3
176 x 1
198 x 1 (previous PR)
220 x 1 PR
231 x 1 ??? (very wobby, ended up stepping forward to lock it out)

Close-grip Bench Press
220 x 3
242 x 3
264 x 3 PR

Yates Rows
176 x 5 x 3 sets

Shrugs
132 x 20
154 x 15
176 x 10

Only 45 minutes worth. Not the volume I was planning for, but I was happy with some nice PRs.

I'm not sure if I should count the 231 x 1 overhead?

Unfortunately the sound on the video is weird, namely the bass(?) or drum section of the music track. Not really my cup of tea... anybody got any ideas there?

Zander- that counts for a pr sie you got a full lockout- but i think that counts for a push press since you used leg drive. Good form on the Yate's rows, next time thro in some pull-ups to hammer the back. Looked real stable on the CG-press, damn tricept whore,lol

My parents saw me in a t-shirt for the first time in months, since its been winter here, and asked that I not get any bigger... lol

DE Upper, usually something like 6x3 @ 70% or 7x2 @ 75%. just trying to accelerate as much as possible. Will have to adjust those %s now :D
 
Thanks man. Last week I got 185x2 after some heavy strict pressing. I wonder what I should go for? I haven't really got that leg drive working yet.
 
You get bigger all the time!!!

When you decide that you are going to dip to press...dip FAST!!!! No reason to dip slow...make a QUICK dip and reverse that speed into the bar!!!!
