Incline press-225x3x5 (getting more easy every week)
Shoulder width pullups- bwx3 x 30 sec rest x failure (i think i did 8 sets total)
CG Flat Bench-225x8, 225x6, 225x6
High Pulls-225x4x1
Standing military press-135x10 (PR) 135X6(TOAST)
Barbell Rows-135x2x10
