Flat Bench-45x20, 135x5, 225x5, 315x3x2
Bent rows-225x3x5 (did thes very explosivly without sacrificing much form)
Log Press-210x3x1 (singles)
Upright Rows-135x3x5
CG Incline-135x3x10
BB Curls-95x3x5
Still a little sick, but was well enough to lift, also checked my blood pressure today 120/80 (I think). My uncle said that was good. (he was the one that took it, he was a former EMT)
