Flat Bench-45x20, 135x5, 225x5, 315x3x2

Bent rows-225x3x5 (did thes very explosivly without sacrificing much form)

Log Press-210x3x1 (singles)

Upright Rows-135x3x5

CG Incline-135x3x10

BB Curls-95x3x5

Still a little sick, but was well enough to lift, also checked my blood pressure today 120/80 (I think). My uncle said that was good. (he was the one that took it, he was a former EMT)

thanx guys. Crew9, my routine is just a modified westside routine. Push, pull, push, pull, push , pull, ect....ect. Have a heavy max effort day, them you have a light explosive DE day. Pretty fun!!! Same goes for legs. I try to get in 4 days a week.

Good stuff. I've wanted to try westside for a while now but it will probably have to wait till summer time. Don't have the time to make it to the gym 4 days a week consistently during the school year.
