if I recall correctly from before - that is a VERY impressive improvement.
and I envy the lighting, incandescent from above makes nice shadows.

im alittle above 160..id say probably 10-12% bodyfat? i dunno, its gone up alot this summer..last time i posted pics i was 140ish
