free standing, shoulder width stance gm's with green bands added
barx3
135x3
185x3
225x3
275x3:) pr, first time doing these, or an gm in 6 months.

front squat
135x2
185x2
225x2, all very very easy

cleans
135x5 strict pressed each rep too because i won't be having a specific overhead day this week due to work, other constraints

155x1 on clean, then strict press for 8

185x1, strict pressx1

205 x1(pr on clean) the push press x2

incline press 135, 185,235 all for 3

tate press 30's, 2x10

spread eagle sit up, 2x10

light green band lat rows, 2x20

that was it, hope to get a more normal routine end of week/next week.
 
nice gm's man, that sounded very hard.

your clean and pressing skills are improving fast, your going to beat me if i dont step it up.

I think since no press event at boston, I may work more on strict press(save my poor knees) I want to use some bumper plates, but some bums hog them where I train(cuthy, u know who u r) haha
I was scared cleaning 205, I knew I could do it, but my form is being built, nowhere near good, and if I bail with the regular plates, it would be ugly, hahahah.

lol i think those plates belong to steve the puss... and theyre at brown's house, not mine

wiley and i were joking around about wanting the bumper plates in the gym and brown having them:) i may get owned but not by some 210 pounder who can't even get my weight belt on:)

I weighed 196 this morning... lol

And Brown has them there so we can do the olys at his house..

And... yes, I probably wouldn't be able to put his weight belt on, even though he is 30lbs heavier... lol
 
plan on being back in action sunday, those farmers u did, 50 feet, wow:) sweet bro. power cleans felt very good. i think it can help the stones, especially the ones we can load in one motion. also for reps, could be be good endurance work for stones, but want bumper plates to do them with, i want to drop them at the end, hurts my bicep tendons on the way down.

Yes a big crew will be there.

We will have a huge number of people behind us... no excuses now.

general low back strength right now, i think the power clean will help with hip thrust on stones?? talked to the nowacks awhile about that. i was really trying to thrust my hips on the 2nd pull.
