No more pussy footing around... Time to make a real athlete out of me.

Full Olympic Squats

352 x 1 PR (+ 22 pounds, plenty of room for improvement though, especially out of the hole and I think I was starting to GM it up towards the end)

Good Mornings

Overhead Lunges
88 x 5/side

Saxon Side Bends
22 x 20/side

Zott Presses
11 x 10

That is all, I was pushed for time. Took about 45 minutes in total.

I've ditched a well organised, periodized plan in favour of just doing what I feel needs to be done on the day, while following a WSB template. Its just what I need right now... Keeping my goals in mind of course.

WOw nice you seem to be better at low rep higher weight stuff, like close to singles and doubles. Its even more impressive because you do them ass to grass.... keep it up....400 soon!

Thanks mate. I think its because I'm fast twitch dominant. Higher reps beat me into the ground... Stepping out of the rack with anything over 300 for a single feels seriously heavy for me, but I kept cranking them out.
