Milk Crate Squats-45x3x5, 135x3x5, 225x3x5, 275x3, 315x5x3

Deads-225x5, 315x3, 365x3, 385x3

Side Bends-45x2x20

Straight Leg Situps-45x2x20

Hanging Leg Raises-2x12
 
looks solid man, how does your back and legs feel on the deads though??? Good work on the milk crate, lot of weight to stop and go with
 
The squats felt easy this time. Other times they have felt heavy. Im dissapointed with my bodyweight to strength ratio....I really believe that I was stronger when I weighed 200, rather than the 220 I weigh now. But the hip strength is definitly improving.

well then I guess you need to condition yourself to be strong then. Clean up the diet and start putting an external stimulus on your lifts to create a Need to get stronger.

milk crate squats are what, box squats without a pause? looks like a good wo, i hear you on the bw/strength ratio I felt stronger in the low 200's than I do now
