Nice shape! I'm w/ the suggestion above -- build up your pecs some, keep workin on the rest, eat clean and keep eating clean! You're at your peak natural testosterone production right now -- use it while ya got it! Don't fall into the "I'm at college, therefore I binge drink cheap beer!" thing. I knew lots of guys who played first string everything sports in high school, discovered Miller Light and spent the rest of their 20s w/ a beer gut. Not worth it. Don't waste what God gave you because the one thing you lose when you come out of college is your youth!

You look great for your age tons of potentail. Sassy's advice is spot on trust me in the log run you wont feel you missed out on anything cause you didn't binge drink.
 
I agree with the ladies. Stay true to yourself! I played baseball in college and was one of about 3 guys who weren't binge drinkers. I saw a lot of things that made me never want to drink. Do what you do and don't stray!
 
Alright Here are pics I took today, Nov17th. I have been doing my plan for exactly 2 months now.

Thats funny but the sad part is there is ppl looking like that saying there on gear here also...

So you going to post a picture of yourself everyday or what? Dam the diet you need to bulk before worrying about cuting unless you want to look like a crackhead...You will never get big do that...Keep it up and good luck!
 
Well here is the pregress from mid sept to mid november, 9 weeks of working out.
 
Middle pics are 9 weeks from start, and I've gained just over ten pounds.
Thanks ceasar989, I've definatly earned it with the 65 db shoulder presses and the 285 for 5 deadlift and 315 deadlift(max)...long story short, i was super cocky, tried for 316 X 6, I got ONE rep. haha

How long have you been lifting in general?
 
I started lifting about 2 years ago almost, I powerlifted for about 3 or a bit more months... I bb'd since last year on and off, I didn;t work out really at all from June-Sept.

Yeah, you've been traiing for about the same duration as me.
 
Well, i guess I should update....Note the back development in 3 1/2 months. comments suggestions...Mid summer i was 135-140, im now 155-160...and i also want to mention i benched 185 for 7 today!, for me its a for sure record.

i guess the legal age is 18 in Canada huh...?

drinking while building is really counterproductive though...
 
Ya well, since im bulking, and its taken me to long to figure out i have to eat until my brain explodes, Ill eat anything,....obviously no chips pop and junkfood... or poutine or anything thats meant for heart attacks...I need the extra cals though.(mammoth2500)
