Thanks for the info guys, i'll repost some stats with updated pictures in my online album in a month for your critique. In response to fugetaboutit's comments, i'm 3 years out from being an ex fat guy (325lbs) with very little muscle mass. I did a crazy ephiderine, calorie restricted cardio diet for 4 months to blast the weight off. The stretch marks are from my fat days and usually fade with a good tan. As for the puffy nips, yes they are there a bit, yet another reminder of the good ol' fat days, leftover pubesent gyno i imagine?? I'm hoping to nuke them with my cutting phase over the month. my lower abs are my other trouble spot and though i've considered gh, i'd rather see what a very structured cutting phase can do to them. I've never really worked abs untill about a month ago and now i'm doing them 3x/week. as for my weight, it is 260 as of this am. And yeah it's hard to pack muscle onto a big frame, espically since I'm a true blue EndoMorph. Thanks for the comments guys.
