From a cycle about a year ago just noticed... Been reading symptoms and my nipples do have a slight bit of fat underneath them and are slightly more noticeable through shirts and such... Think nolvadex for a month will help?
 
Just test for ten weeks but no estrogen blocker... I also have gained a little weight and maybe I'm just being paranoid but they are more noticeable

Yea I am going to start end
Of January I wanted to fix the problem and during research for all things tren I ran across this and just wanted some opinions...if I didn't run tren and just used nolvadex do u think it could solve the problem if I had one... But once again I have gained some weight and lost muscle recently
Due to lack of gym time so I was seeing if anyone had opinions
 
And in your opinion what's the best overall aas? I had ridiculous results on test e should I just stick with that or test the waters?

I would get your estrogen levels tested (testosterone as well) to see where they are at, then treat it from there.
 
Goals are I really want to compete... I'm 5'9 230 about 23% bf(highest ever) I want to be 205 and compete at 6%... I know extreme diet and exercise to reach that I'll be dieting from
January till may to reach that goal and carb cycling pretty low but I want to obviously keep as much weight as possible and gain some muscle while doing it... I gain muscle very easy and lose fat very easy when I diet and lift on schedule... Just really looking for that perfect cycle to help me with my goals thought tren would be it any other ideas are welcomes though
 
at 23% it is very very hard to detect gyno... get down to around 10% and then you will have a better idea

cycling above 15% is a little risky.. about 20%... i dont think you should be cycling w/ that bf%...
 
Judo is right. you are in no man's land right now. get back into shape, should definately not be juicing at 23% body fat. i do give you credit though for being honest. many guys on here claim they are 15% body fat and when they put up pics they are really 25%.
 
Yea sounds good I think I can drop to 15 dieting right in about 2 1/2 months (I've done it before) and I know that when people say they r 4% they r actually about 6 to 8 but I do want to get shredded I don't want to compete unless I'm 100% though as I said I want to get down to 6 or 7 by mid June I will start dieting after jan 9th (huge lsu fan) I think that's a good amount of time so I won't have to diet to harshly but strict at the same time... Am I thinking the right thoughts?
