Maybe a first timer with some questions, thanks!

Hi all!
First let me introduce myself. I'm 23 years old swede, weight 235lb (107kg) and 6.3 ft (193cm) tall. I've been weigthlifting for almost a year. Well, actually i've been lifting longer than that, but one year of "serious" training you could say. During this period I've been all natural, means no muscle growth drugs. Just food, protein powder and creatine, actually with great result in this short period of time. For example i've gained 1.6" (4cm) on my biceps, which I'm proud of.
Then why am I here, and why not continue like this and grow slowly over the years, now when I had such great results with naturaly methods?
Well, let me start like this. I was browsing around on many powerlifting sites, which is a great interest of mine. Then right of a sudden, my browser had taken me to this discussion board. I began to read some posts, also some articles about steroids. I've always been very skeptic to steroids, and i never thought about myself posting in a forum like this. But all the things i've been reading have suddely changed my mind about this. My excitement grew, and i got more and more interested. What the heck i told myself, why not try? You only live once, and why not try something odd, exciting and perhaps a little dangerous in your, right now, so boring life.
For what i've read all the public "knowledge" of the side-effect is overstated. Of course I'm aware of the risk, but i think I'm willing to take that risk.
I was an vegatarian for almost five years, and my muscle growth has been equal to zero. The daily intake of essential proteins was equal to zero and so on... This is killing me right now when I'm thinking that i could have been a big and strong man now if I was a little better to my sense back then when i made the decision to become an veg.

If I'm going to try a cycle, it will not be any needles around. For what i've heard and read you can take only d-bol to have great results, am I right? I do not wish to grow fast, and i have no competition goals. I would like to grow slowly, but a little faster than being all natural. I don't want anyone to be suspicous that I'm using this kind of stuff. I'm thinking of my family and friends, and the gym which is very strict when it comes to steroids and drugs. Is this possible to archive? And how? How much would i've to take per day (mg)? Is it an unwritten rule that less you take, less is the risk? Would I need any of these anti-drugs like anti-acne, anti-hair loss and so on? Perhaps my low daily intake doesn't require that?

You are right that public knowledge of steroids is poor at best, and that sides are overated.

With proper precautions, AAS can be a great assistant to bbers and plers alike.

Dbol only aint a great choice for a first cycle. Sure if you run it with some liquidex, you can gain a bit, but its just not the same without an injectable base.

I would recomend a simple Test/Dbol cycle for you:
(**I think you need more research first, but this is what I would recommend)
Week 1-10 500mgs Test Enanthate or Cyp
Week 1-4 work up to 20mg dbol
Week 12-15 Clomid/nolva therapy


Is it an unwritten rule that less you take, less is the risk? Generally yes this true, but there are those who will disagree. I am not against higher doses, but they are not for newbs.

There are measures that you can take to save the hair and reduce acne.

For now research research research.
 
First off, lets take a look at your diet. How much protein do you consume per day ? How many total cals ? If your not gaining like you feel you should be then I am willing to bet your diet is at fault. Normally I would tell you that if your not ready for needles then to not even bother because IMO that is a HUGE part of this game and if your not ready for that, then your not ready for AAS(anabolic/androgenic steroids). But if you are set on doing it then myself and the other guys here will at least help you try do it as safe as possable. First off I suggest doing a LOT of research on this subject before you start. Look at the diffrent types of compounds, what they do, how to use them right, good starting doses, how to create and do a proper cycle ect....All that info you can find here reading threads and runing searches. As for your cycle to fit your goals I'd suggest Anavar. 40-50mg/Day for 8-10 weeks would be a great choice. It's a mild anabolic and the side effects are generally very minimal. Get Clomid for your post cycle therapy. Also I'd run Creatine through out at 15-20 grams a day as Var increase the uptake of creatine into your muscles.

Thank you so much for enlighten me a bit. I'll keep reading and researching, as you said, cause this seems to be very complicated and hard to understand.
But if I don't want to grow very fast, isn't it just enough to take it oral? Do I really need to take it with needles? Well I'm not afraid of needles, just so scared of deseases that can come with needles...

To Mustang: I consume ~220 g of proteins per day. I try to have it like this:
40% Protein, 40% Carbs and 20% fat of my daily calories. I don't count my calories, but i would guess im something around or little over 3000 per day.
I've extremely easy to gain bodyfat, and if I eat more i'm afraid of getting more fat. Around 3000 will keep my current weight.
Well, I guess it's more food, more protein and harder and more intense training for me in the future right? :)

Oral Primo is not worth the $$ IMO Go with Anavar

any side effects? i prolly should read some about it but while am already here might aswell ask

oh and by the way I cant find anavar on anabolic review... is it called somehting else?
 
actuaully what I really meant to ask is how is life after first cycle of just anavar?

do you get weaker and lose most of the gains? or what happens... cause when I read about primo it said that you gain ur muscle slowly and when ur done with it you keep most of it.. is it the same way with anavar?
 
Most of the gains from Var are quality and perminant BUT you have to keep the cals up and the protein intake high. If you slack off on your diet post cycle and do not use Clomid then the chance of keeping your gains decreases. Var is not a drug that will bloat you or cause any of the typical sides associated with high androgens. You may lose a little strength post cycle but I would not imagine that much
