I keep reading that people should take the same amount of time off cycle as they spent on it before starting a new one. Is the main concern getting your liver values, cholesterol and blood pressure back to normal? Should your testosterone levels be back to around normal as well? . Lets say after 3-4 months post cycle, all your blood work is normal except you still have suppressed testosterone. What is the importance of brining that back to normal just to suppress it again?

BTW I have a ton learn and a few more years of growing naturally (hopefully :) ) before I even entertain the idea of using, this just had me Curious.

Its about letting your body normalize, weather it be liver values, BP, natural test production, its not just about one aspect its about letting ALL aspects go back to normal.

If you have low test 4 months post cycle I think it would be a good idea to find out why. Was it low pre cycle as well? If so then maybe you have a medical condition. If it wasnt low precycle then I would say wait for it to return and if it doesnt, maybe you developed a condition.

Thanks for the info. I have had my test levels checked 3 times in the last 10 years and they never came back over 300. That is the main reason I still haven’t tried using any type of steroids. I figured that if it gets any lower I might need to go on HRT for life. I am only in my early thirties and don’t want to rely on injections to keep me normal just yet :) . Thanks again.
