may have torn muscle what can i do?

i was benching 315 which i can do easily for 6 to 8 reps. was lowering the weight and felt like was a tearing sensation. there is brusing and swelling at the intersection of chest shoulder and bicep. i would appreciate any advices on what i can do and expect from this injury thanks
 
I had a simillar incident with hammer curls while on d-bol.I felt a strong shock go through my forearm,and wrist.It felt like a tendon unravelled inside my arm,it was fucked up.I just kept off the gym for a week or two,until I could start lifting light again.
