May 1st Progress pics

Well I weigh about 205-207lbs now. My waist is about 35.5 inch, ugh too flabby. I wouldn't mind getting it down to 30 inches...

Anyway Progress pics. Odd thing is that as fat as I am Over 15% BF I think. I can still see the outline of my abs, an 8pack at that :D

5'9" Natural - About 16months of training under my belt right now
here is what I looked like in the previous year - each pic 2-3 months apart - went from 180 in first pic to 192 in pics 2+3, then 202lbs in pic 4

I feel I have packed a lot more size than the picture really show.

Leg are my largest bodypart by far, they are much wider from the side than the front

My traps are actually quite largish, from all the oly lifts I do, but it seems to disappear in the lat spread because I pop my shoulders up when I do em. If you look at the back relaxed pic, you can see they have some size there :)

Anway I'm not really training for bodybuilding, but it's always nice to look decent :)
I'm gonna try and get leaner over the next few months - I need to get back into sprinting shape. Wanna take a crack at some 60m races. Probbaly end up at 185-190

I'm also trying to get my erectors to be like the same size as my forearms :D

No, still the same, but I can jump higher from a run up jump now - strange :)
But when I lean up to a 30inch waist - for sure :D

Ahhh...

Lol, I meant shoulder area like as in, rear delts, but enough of that…. Im starting to sound like a critique
 
nice improvements dude...but to me your back looks better in Nov then it does in may...that could just be that im tired. haha
 
awesome work....i can really see the difference in the lats.

Only constructive criticism is that you might wanna do some more rear delt work but im not saying that in a negative way.

Don't you do mostly sets of 3? I guess low reps build plenty of size. Looking good... I've got to catch you on the full squat.. my max is 325 (barely)

Yeah I have very fully muscle bellys in my upper legs, calves are moderate, but still good sized. I haven't been pushing for more size in my quads lately, just my hams. But they are still growing, albiet slower than normal.

Yeah I do mostly 1-3 reps in the big compound moves like squats.
But there is a high amount of sets from 6-8, so there is a lot of work being done with heavier weights all moved explosively.
I do higher reps in Bulgarian split squats, 2x10 but these are mostly done to balance leg strength and target the VMO (teardrop) for knee stability

I'm not really chasing for more leg size, just whatever I need to get me a 405+lb full squat, preferable 585lbs :D

here is a recent pic of my legs from the side - although my hams have gone a tiny bit bigger since then I think :)

BTW do you have a vid of split squats I have yet to see anyone do these, even a link will help....

But I do these with dumbells, safer as balance can be tough :)
The VMO will be sore as hell the first time you do em, hits the hammies/glutes quite hard too and off course developes balance.
