Maximum Protein per meal?

What is the most protein you can take per meal?

As I once heard, you can only digest so much at a time and the rest goes to waste (literally).
 
id say 50...... i mean mixed protein sources some fast and some slow..... like MRP's real food who knows..... maybe 60 cause not al protein in food is useable, hence why whey is so hyped up...fast absorbed and lke meat and casien are slower...... just my opinion though..maintance i try to hit 30-35 a meal...blulking def 50-60.....
 
But are u natty or on juice...

juice effects protein synthesis...
if u are natty though, did u find any difference with more protein?
 
I heard 30 to 35 is for couch potatoes. I read that if your training in a gym or doing any heavy athletics your absorbtion increases and can reach up to 75 per serving. Everyone is different but i'm sure its above 40grms. I know i can hit well up to 40 50gms in a MRP along with food before i get swampass. Im not juicin either. I know when I take too much in, I get bad swampass gas.

when i was on mag-10 i def noticed i could eat more protein and carbs.. that stuff really put me in a muscle building state...def had that pump too.....i looked huge all the time...but since htne i noticed if i do more than like 300 grams a day i get GI distress.....but only in total...not so much per meal.....50-60 is ok...i just get a lil bloat ...nothing some bromelain or enzymes cant help out with...( or the ginger they sell =-)~
