I included these in my routine a couple weeks back and I really like them..here are some steps I took to make them as safe as possible
-Medium or Medium\Close Grip
-Only down to ear level
-Reps between 10-15
-Keep negatives at 3 seconds
Anything else I should add here? I do rotator work and don't have any shoulder problems and I want to keep it that way
