Sorry. I'm not familiar with ZMA. First time I have seen it. I'll keep searching for more info.

Zinc Asparte/ Magnesium Asparte. hence= ZMA. It's been around quite a while now. It was all the rage when it was first out. It's a good natural test booster. But, yes it is 100% legal, just minerals basically. You take it before bed every night. Give it a try. You won't see anything outstanding, but you may see some differences.
