max protein intake?

There is no cookie-cutter answer to this. This varies so much based on how many carbs you are eating in a day, your metabolism, your workout, and many other things. For ME, I believe it's about 60g per meal if I'm eating moderate carbs. And yes, aas increase protein synthesis, which means you CAN use more protein. Borttom line, you need to figure it out for yourself based on your situation.
 
the answer is very simple......

EVERYBODY IS DIFFERENT.

however, i believe that 30-40g a meal (5 meals a day) is plenty if you're not a huge motha.

now, if you're a fuckin giant like ronnie or flex then perhaps you're better taking in 50-60g a meal.

i would NEVER consume less than 30 a meal.
