MAX-OT routine

Hey guys,
jus gonna start workin out from next week, have you guys tried MAX-OT routine, if yes, does itt produce results?

It'll produce results. More if you eat a lot (esp. protein). Be sure to warm up properly. Max-OT was rough on my joints.
