Max injection amount

What is generally considered the most you can inject oil at one time and one location?
I need to inject a total of 600 mg of two different oils per week, and would like to break that into two 300 mg injections. I usually rotate between glutes and quads.

Glutes can hold 5 mls

It depends a lot on the location. I think up to 3ccs are fine in glutes and quads. Smaller sites may only be able to take 1-2ccs

2ml in the delts
2ml in the quads
3ml in the glutes

If you pin any where else, you're crazy.

Also, the more oil.. the more chance of pip.

it may also depend on the size of the person being injected. The bigger the dude the more he can hold.

Id never put more than 2ml in personally.

Did 3ml once but I wouldn't recommend it. Pretty sore for a while and I usually tolerate injections well.

I do 3ml in glutes all the time. Max 2 in delts
