I started taking clen about a week ago and ever since my muscles start burning almost as soon as I start lifting and cannot do nearly as much max weight or reps and I am shot long before I usually am. I drink 1.5 gal of water take 3mg taurine supps and eat some bananas daily for potassium.
The only other thing I can possibly think is causing this is that I have stopped taking creatine, can creatine make this much of a difference? Or is clen the culprit for this exteme difference in lifting weights?
