Matrix3: Dissapointed

It was definetely worth watching it for, at least, the action parts. I just didn't think it lived up to the first two.

They could have made it so great, just screwed it up. It was all just action and lost its spark.

I agree Sk*.I enjoyed revolutions because it helped to answer some questions, but I liked Reloaded a lot better.

Revolutions-Great special effects and War sequences, but fight scenes blew, particularly the Neo/Smith climax scene at the end.

Reloaded-Best fight scenes I have ever seen.Neo fighting the hundred Smiths, and the Merovingian Ballroom brawl were artistically beautiful to watch. The freeway chase scene scene was like nothing I have ever seen before.Drawbacks-The Zion party, and cliffhanger ending.

Yea, I agree with everything you just said. If they let me design the plot, I could have made revolutions end 100times better though.

It seems almost like the directors got way too much into the action and forgot to develop the plot.

Anyways, I am happy I saw it. Not happy that I payed for popcorn for my gf and she didn't eat. Her excuse was that "it was too salty."

Yep,after reloaded,I got very excited because of all the philosophical thinking it invoked, outside of the brilliant action scenes.I thought for sure revolutions would take it to the next level and blow me away.Unfortunately,it seems as if the Wachowski's got fatigued with the intellectual upkeep and transfused it with special effects/action,at the expense of keeping the storyline deep.I still enjoyed it,just thought it could have answered more questions and delved a little deeper.
